Gone are the days where passengers were forced to take off their shoes for a security check at airports. At Israel's Ben Gurion airport the Magshoe step on scanner has been introduced sparing travellers the nuisance of removing their shoes. The scanner takes about two seconds to determine whether a passenger's footwear contains a suspicious object.10/15/08
