Sderot resident, was the first resident of the city to address the United Nations Human Rights Council on Thursday, giving them an intimate portrait of life under constant
rocket fire from Palestinian terrorists in the Gaza Strip. She spoke on the same day that Archbishop Desmond Tutu addressed the council and condemned Israel's 2006 shelling of the Palestinian village of Beit Hanoun, in which 19 civilians were killed. 09/21/08
