Neve Tzedek is a beautiful and chic neighborhood located in south-western Tel-Aviv. It was the first Jewish neighborhood to be built outside the walls of the ancient port of Jaffa. After falling into disrepair in the 1950's and 1960's today Neve Tzedek has been reborn into one of Tel Aviv's latest fashionable and expensive districts. Its main streets became lined once again with artists' studios, alongside trendy cafés and bars, and more recently boutique hotels and shops selling hand-made goods.08/26/08
