A tractor driver from east Jerusalem was shot dead after he attempted to run over civilians near the entrance to Jerusalem's Liberty Bell Garden on Keren Hayessod Road. Eleven civilians were wounded. A gag order imposed in the afternoon prevents any identifying details of the terrorist from being published. 07/22/08
