The festivities of Shavuot in the context of the reunification celebrations of
Jerusalem, the capital's municipality promoted a new initiative: a Torah scroll inscribed by the symbolic participation of Jerusalem's Jewish residents. The presentation event took place at the city hall in the presence of Jerusalem mayor and leading rabbis of the country.06/10/08
