Defense Minister Ehud Barak toured the border with Egypt Tuesday and noted that “a seventy kilometer long fence will be constructed along the border with Egypt, stretching from Beerotayim to Nitzana, and then all the way to the Rafah border crossing.” Barak was accompanied by deputy Chief of Staff Maj.Gen Dan Harel , Maj.Gen Yoav Gallant head of the army's southern command and other senior officers. 02/26/08
