On Thursday Lebanese Prime Mnister Fuad Siniora claimed the report calls for Israel to prepare for the next war which proves that it has not learned from its defeat Just hours after the publishing of the report findings Hizbullah declared that it proved that Israel suffered a defeat at the hands of Hizbullah and only confirmed what was already clear that Israel had failed to achieve its goals.01/31/08
