Les autorités du Kirghizstan procédaient ce mardi à l'évacuation des blessés du tremblement de terre qui a frappé ce dimanche le village de Noura proche de la frontière chinoise, et dont le bilan est désormais de 75 morts. Noura, une localité d'environ 1.000 habitants, a été rasée. Une journée de deuil national a été déclarée.
