L'euro a touché ce lundi un niveau plus bas face au dollar, face à des marchés très volatiles.
En effet, le département du Trésor américain a annoncé hier la mise sous tutelle des sociétés Fannie Mae et Freddie Mac, dans le cadre d'un plan prévoyant l'injection de 100 milliards de dollars dans chaque société pour les aider à accomplir leur mission.
