Au moins 31 personnes ont péri et 47 autres ont été blessées samedi dans l'éboulement de gigantesques blocs de pierre qui ont balayé au moins 35 habitations du bidonville de Manshiyet Nasser, densément peuplé situé dans le nord-est du Caire, selon le ministère de la Santé. Un peu plus tôt, dimanche, des habitants en colère ont jeté des pierres sur la police et fustigé l'inefficacité des pouvoirs publics.
