As Mahmoud Abbas meets with Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh, in an attempt to quell internal Palestinian strife and cement a ceasefire with Israel, the Israeli policy of pinpoint operations against those responsible for Kassam rocket fire continues.  It remains to be seen whether this policy will bear fruit.  05/25/07
