Israel must restore its deterrent power and reach a situation whereby "Hamas begs for calm," Yisrael Beiteinu Chairman Avigdor Lieberman said in response to the end of the Gaza lull.
Earlier Thursday, Hamas officially announced that it will not be extending the truce.
