The driver manning the wheel of the bus which crashed off Highway 12, north of the southern resort city of Eilat, has 22 prior traffic offenses.  Twenty-five people were killed and 33 injured, as the bus
drove off the road, plummeting 70 meters down into a ravine.  Transport Minister Mofaz said the accident was caused beause of road rage.12/17/08
