Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni met with Italian President Giorgio Napolitano on Tuesday. During the meeting, Livni told the Italian president that "Gaza is an obstacle for the diplomatic process and should be dealt with in a different way than the current process.
"Europe's test will be to be strict about the international community's condition to recognize Hamas: Recognition of Israel, putting a stop to terror and the recognition of prior agreements."
