Radio Reka, the immigrants' department of Israel Radio, for years has been broadcasting news reports and programing in many languages, for the benefit of Israeli immigrants from diverse backgrounds.  This modern day Babel broadcasts in myriad languages, including Amheric and Ladino, the ancient Jewish-Spanish dialect.
