IDF troops arrested a man in Ramallah on Monday evening, Palestinian sources in Ramallah reported to Ynet on Monday evening. The sources said the army had informed PA security forces of the operation in advance and demanded they clear from the streets.
The IDF confirmed the arrest and said it was a joint IDF, Border Guard and Shin Bet operation. The man arrested is Rafaa Ahmed Hassan al-Awna, who the army said was a terror operative. Al-Awna was taken for questioning by security forces.
