The Jewish Council for Education and Research (JCER) recently released this video featuring some of Israel's highest ranking retired defense officials from the IDF, the Mossad and the Shin Bet, expressing their opinions on the upcoming American presidental election. Yet some of the officials pictured in the video, including Former Deputy Chief of Staff Uzi Dayan, claim the organization unfairly misrepresented their views for political purposes. 10/05/08

People just don't want to look at the facts...they're more interested in trying to prove their point and/or picking just one position to make their case for one candidate or the other. As an evangelical Christian I personally think that Obama and Biden are the best choice for the top leadership positions of the US. Right now this team gives an impression of a higher level of maturity, transparency and pragmatism. Furthermore, The Obama-Biden team has clearly expressed their support for the State of Israel and its security.

There is nothing objective about it. Obama will be an enemy of Israel. Maybe McCain will be too - but maybe a bit less. Either way, Israel is in trouble. But our worst trouble is Livni and Kadima - as long as these stupid people are in power - Israel has no hope of survival.
