On his sixth visit to the region French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner spent Sunday meeting with Israel's top echelon to discuss developments in the region. In interviews with local media, Kouchner dismissed the idea that even one nuclear bomb makes the Iranians immune to attack, declaring Israel had always said it will not allow such a bomb to be produced without responding.

At the King David Hotel, Kouchner met with Opposition leader Binyamin Netanyahu and was scheduled
to meet with Defense Minister Ehud Barak and later with Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni. In a hurry to leave, Netanyahu refused to respond to Infolive.tv's questions about his meeting with Kouchner and instead opted to wish everyone a Happy New Year.10/05/08
