Israel is accusing North Korea of supplying at least half a dozen Mideast countries with conventional arms or nuclear technology. Israel's delegate to the International Atomic Energy Agency, David Danieli, suggests North Korea is a black market supplier to some Middle East nations covertly trying to break out of the nonproliferation fold. He does not specify which nations were receiving North Korean help. Iran, Syria and Libya have been thought to be receiving North Korean military or nuclear help. Danieli spoke Saturday to a 145-nation IAEA conference.
