Construction and Housing Minister Ze'ev Boim called for a national inquiry into conduct during the investigations of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and former president Moshe Katzav.
In an interview with Israel Radio Monday morning, Boim spoke of the investigative system, calling it "substandard."
According to the minister, those responsible for the investigations acted in order to oust both Olmert and Katzav from their positions.
