Israel’s security services foiled two recent attempts by Hizbullah to kidnap Israeli businessmen abroad, government officials said Monday. According to details released for publication, the planned abductions were at an advanced stage when they were thwarted. Less than two weeks ago Israel’s counter terrorism bureau issued a rare worldwide travel advisory warning of plans by Hizbullah to kidnap Israelis abroad to avenge the death of Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah’s deputy Imad Mughniyah who was assassinated in Damascus in February this year
