After days of bitter fighting in Georgia, French President Nicolas Sarkozy arrived in the area to broker a truce between Georgia and Russia. At a press conference on Tuesday in Tbilisi, Sarkozy warned that it was the beginning of a process France hopes will bring peace to the region.08/13/08
