Knesset Speaker Dalia Itzik during a Kadima Party event Thursday called for the formation of a national unity government. “I like Kadima and we need a united, integrated government,” said Itzik.
Also attending the event are Transportation Minister Shaul Mofaz, Internal Security Minister Avi Dichter, MK Menahem Ben-Sasson (Kadima) and MK Otniel Schneller (Kadima). Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni is also due to arrive.
