Israeli-Russian billionaire Arkadi Gaydamak was questioned once again by the Israeli police, this time on suspicion of doling out season tickets to Beitar Jerusalem soccer games to associates.  Gaydamak denied the charges and said he was the victim of governmental and police persecution.
