According to his website, rapper Snoop Dogg is scheduled to peform in Ramat Gan on September 18th. This will not be Snoop's first time traveling abroad. The rapper, formely known as Snoop Doggy Dogg, is currently banned from the United Kingdom for an incident in 2006. A brawl broke out in London's Heathrow airport after Mr. Dogg's 30 person entourage was not allowed in the first-class lounge. Snoop Dogg headlines a list of foreign acts coming to Israel. This list includes "Soundgarden" front man Chris Cornell, the French electronic music duo "Air", former "Smiths" singer Morrissey, rock band "Blondie", post-punk band "Siouxie Sioux" and "Bjork". Local entertainment producers consider the Israeli audience to be a very music-thirsty audience.
