70 year old grandmother Shuli Katz didn't stand a chance, while visiting Moshav Yesha in the western Negev on Monday evening a Kassam rocket exploded two meters from where she stood, killing her outright. Katz became the second Israeli civilian in 72 hours killed by a rocket. sraeli security officials declared that the lack of a military response to the recent events which claimed the lives of two Israelis shows that Israel has lost its deterrence capability.
