Israeli UN representatives submitted a complaint Monday night to the Security Council over Kassam rocket attacks from Gaza, just hours after Shlomit Katz was killed by a rocket striking a western Negev community. Israel asked the UN to condemn Palestinian terror as well as those countries providing assistance to terror organizations. It is the second such complaint filed by Israel in as many days.
