Jerusalem's City Hall on Sunday said its planning commission has approved the route of a new bridge to the Temple Mount, The original plan for the bridge, which leads from the Old City's Dung Gate and the Western Wall to the Temple Mount's Mugrabi Gate, caused outrage in the Arab world when it was presented last year, due to allegations that it would damage the site.An earthquake damaged the old bridge to the site. and when Israeli workers tried to repair the damage last year, it set off demonstrations by Palestinians.
