Army Radio first reported yesterday that cracks in several of the iron bars of the Calatrava Bridge would likely lead to further delays in construction of the landmark project. The report was believable as the bridge is already running four years behind schedule. The problem is that Army Radio's report was wrong: There are no cracks in the bridge. In fact, an independent inspector of the bridge said the project has actually been constructed better than project of similiar complexity. 4/1/2008
