Commemorating 50 years of relations between the Philippines and Israel, two flags of Israel and the Philippines are currently competing as contenders for the Guiness Book of Records. Each the size of two football fields. The project was initiated by a businesswoman and nun from the Philippines, Sister Grace Galindez-Gupana. The flags were airlifted from the Philippines and were unrolled and measured at the foot of the Massada.11/26/07

This was such a wonderful and lovely sentiment that was made.... This is so beautiful - it almost made me cry! If only there were more people that loved Israel so much.... This quote from Bereishit (Genesis)Chapter 12 , verse 3 comes to mind: And I will bless those who bless you, and the one who curses you I will curse, and all the families of the earth shall be blessed in you."
