In an interview with US news network CNN, Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon has said that there is no chance that Israel will apologise for its role in the raid on the Gaza bound Mavi Marmara two weeks ago. He said, the organisers of the flotilla are the ones who should apologise." He added: "They they need to investigate themselves and those who support them. The government endorsed a bill Sunday aimed at preventing underweight models from being featured in advertisements. The Ministerial Committee voted in favor of a bill proposed by Kadima and Likud Knesset members. According to the bill, commercial groups will be prohibited from displaying underweight models, and model agents will be banned from employing or representing such models. This also includes a ban on shooting underweight models, who will not be allowed to serve as label spokespersons.

The hundreds of activists aboard the central ship of the Flotilla Mavi Marmura, were waiting to attack the Navy Commandos with a variety of lethal weapons. Pictures released earlier today by the army Spokesperson Unit testify to the lynching the activists on board planned for the soliders. Among the weapons used in the attack were rifle fire which injured two officers and led Navy commandos to return fire that led to nine deaths among the activists. Wooden and metal battons as well as a large number of knives were also found on board on the main ship.
A fatal incident flared up in the heart of the seas of the Gaza coast overnight as IDF Navy Commandos stormed a convoy of aid ships on route to break Israel's blockade of Gaza. The ships were not described as huminatrian by Israeli officials rather as a provocation of violence intended against Israeli troops. The IDF Spokesperson Brigadier General Avi Benayahu said soldiers were met with violence and long knives aboard the ship. 2 Guns and Moroccan made ammunition were found aboard the ship seized by the soldiers.
