Le candidat démocrate à la Maison Blanche, Barack Obama est arrivé ce jeudi à Berlin où il doit prononcer un discours sur les relations transatlantiques au pied de la colonne de la victoire, à quelques centaines de mètres de la porte de Brandebourg, symbole de la réunification de Berlin.
Barack Obama, considéré comme "le John Kennedy noir", suscite l'enthousiasme en Allemagne, où la popularité des Etats-Unis est tombée au plus bas sous la président George W. Bush.
